Thanks Trish, hope you enjoy the products and thanks for following my link. As I have mentioned previously, please feel free to contact me if you need any help with your product launches.

Reseller Note: Pay attention to Your Legal Obligations With PLR and Resell Rights Products.

I have noticed a storm of abuse to Jeremy’s Legal Terms. Improper pricing, listing, etc. Very unfortunate..

It must be very frustrating for Jeremy and his team, to invest so much into product development, give it away at such a great bargain…….just to have some new over eager marketers not think to look at the legal terms. I would imagine his team will be busy for some time reporting to Google, eBay and what not to get these sites and sellers shut down.

Look folks, I understand the excitement to have a new product and start making money from it. However, it is VERY important to realize there are legal terms associated with ALL resale rights products and PLR products. I know the web is kind of like the “Wild West” where pretty much anything goes. However, it has become very easy for one to identify a user and their online activities. So, it would be easy for another site to “prove” a breach of service terms. What this boils down to is, Jeremy’s team IS monitoring what resellers are up to and they will be going after folks. Sure they won’t get em all, but you can bet they will hit quite a few. Who can blame him really, if you have thousands of dollars and hundreds of man hours into a product, wouldn’t you be ticked off to see a bunch of e’cowboys’ out exploiting and devaluing your work? Of course you would and so would I.

But there is a rather easy solution. Don’t use the ‘same’ product. rebrand it and make it your own.

Jeremy has actual solved that problem with this package. Use the eCover script and an image editor and ‘rebrand’ the product to be your own. It will stand alone, so will maintain value.
Everything is here. text, audio, software, email scripts….
A lot of money to make and really, a bit of time and effort, but so much easier than most any other business launch.
