How to Make Money Fast Online Legally
Today’s post I am going to discuss how to easily make money online fast, legally and honestly. With this method, it is easy to quickly generate a few hundred dollars or more within as little as a few hours work. This is not some get rich quick scam or pie in the sky scheme. I do a lot of different things in the internet marketing world, some things work really well, others not so much. What I am going to suggest to you, you might at first think is ‘not for me’, but bear with me. What I am going to discuss here represents some 25% of the Entire e commerce marketplace, accounting for Millions of users, and generating Billions annually. It is also the single largest source of online business owners. It is where I ‘Cut my teeth’ in the industry of Internet Marketing and it is something I still enjoy doing from time to time, if I want to make a few quick extra bucks. It is a place that can be used for research to determine what people are buying, what is selling, what is hot, etc. As I say, its a pretty powerful internet site and it is open for most anyone to utilize, the trick being using it right! Which is the case with many types on Money you might make online. Everything Internet Marketing requires research and more research and then a bit more research…Did I mention that there is a lot of research? The exception being a few staple things that consistently can fetch easy cash. Which leads me back to the topic of this post, How to Make Money Fast Online Legally. So what is this easy method?
Selling on eBay. It has consistently been a reliable and easy way to make money fast online. Getting $3-500 worth of ‘product’ to sell on eBay is pretty easy to do. I know that this isn’t enough to ‘quite your day job’, and its a lot of work off the get go. But it is consistent and is a good source of potential traffic to your website(s) and it gets so much easier with some practice. What to sell is actually easier than you might think and I discuss this below. This isn’t a get rich quick pitch, you do have to do some work, which is the true reality of ANY source of money online.
You likely have seen claims online about systems that claim you can make money with “no work, no selling, no technical skills”, etc, you just set it and forget it. Before I get into one Real way how YOU CAN make money online, fast and legally, you need to understand that there is no such thing as “set and forget”, this is scam talk. There is no such online opportunity that does not require WORK and ALL sites telling you otherwise are SCAMS. The reality is;
Not to despair, I am going to show you how you can make money online fast, for REAL and legally. Do you have to work? You bet, a fair bit really. But as you get better at this, it is not unrealistic to generate a few hundred dollars online for 3-4 hours of work and you can do it as many times as you want. What is this method? I am sure you have heard the saying
“one mans junk is another mans treasure”
What I am going to suggest is that you gather a bunch of your “junk” and you sell it at the biggest “treasure Hunters” marketplace in the world, eBay. Selling on eBay, particularly when you are simply selling “junk”, is kind of like holding a virtual garage sale. Just like at a garage sale, some things, people won’t give you more than 50 cents for (or even want it at all, some things really are just junk). There is usually a few “gems” at every garage sale and even a group of folks that slowly drive by your driveway, early in the morning, hoping to be the first person to YOUR garage sale to get first dibs on those little “gems”. These “gems” of your” junk” are what you need to identify to make money fast online, legally.
I have done this a number of times and have gotten quite good at it. It does take some practice and some trial and error. But now I can go through this whole process within a few hours and make a consistent $300+ dollars. It is a easy process that I think most any person can learn. Each time I list something on eBay, I make sure to list a bunch of different things all at the same time. That way I optimize my effort. It takes time to take photos, build your eBay listing, receive payment, package and ship the item. So it is much more efficient to list multiple items at the same time. The number of items is somewhat dependent on the eBay “value” of your Swag. I personally will no longer bother until I have what I predict to be around $200 minimum “eBay” value. I determine the eBay value by simply searching eBay, see what is listed, what the values look to be, number of bids (popularity). I also do an advanced search of closed listings to see what the actual selling prices are (also note shipping costs). eBay Pulse is a good tool to get an idea of what the most popular searches are on eBay, you can narrow this data down into categories to see what the most searched terms are within any given category.
*Update* I just sold a few old things I found at a used construction supply store. I made $167US for two items I bought for $5CAD! It took me a couple hours to take the photos, build the listings (research) and put it online. The listing ran for 7 days, I got paid, then I packaged and shipped the items, one going to the UK and one to the US. All in all about 3-4 hours work for $167.
What “Junk” is Treasure?
The things I have found to make money fast and easy on eBay are DVD’s, video games, nice clothing/jackets/hats/purses, stereo equipment, anything “unique” or rare, carvings, old stuff, some books and magazines, tools, old cell phones, toys, etc. There really are so many buyers on eBay that it is amazing what people will buy and what they are willing to pay. A word of caution though, you may have a treasure that you think is worth a certain amount. Be sure to check eBay, because you may find it is not actually selling for what you think it is worth. Sometimes you can be pleasantly surprised. Some stuff you will think might do well, doesn’t and something you almost didn’t bother with will get major bidding action. Its pretty interesting and gets to be fun, once the technical side becomes easier.
